Our longevity series is designed to empower patients to take charge of their metabolic health through 10 weeks of group classes. Through weekly lessons participants will receive a strong understanding of the root causes of chronic disease. The group sessions will provide peer support and actionable steps to support their health goals. This series focuses on preventative measures for individuals to optimize health, reverse chronic disease and improve longevity by targeting key areas such as nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management and understanding how trauma impacts health and wellbeing. Our goal is to help you become your best advocate in your healthcare journey. Through expert guidance, personalized strategies, and evidence-based practices, participants will learn how to: • Define and improve metabolic health • Reduce the risk of developing chronic diseases • Reverse chronic conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, hypertension, high cholesterol • Optimize weight and improve energy levels. • Improve sleep hygiene • How to achieve exercise goals geared towards improving longevity This series is designed to foster a supportive, collaborative environment where participants can learn, share, and grow together.
