You can heal your body and mind.  It takes effort. It’s about conscious healing.

Meditation is medicine.

Nutrition is medicine.

Movement is medicine.

Love is medicine.

When you live life consciously great things happen.

I’m Dr. Chippy, The Mindful Cardiologist. Let’s explore together how the powerful
practice of meditation can begin to heal what ails you.

The Pathway

Maybe you are searching among the branches, for what only appears in the roots...

MEDITATION

So the aim of meditation is not to stop all thought. With 60,000–80,000 thoughts per day, the human mind is not something we can turn off at will. But what meditation can teach us is not to hang on to the thoughts and not to run away with them.

NUTRITION

Open your eyes and the Universe showers you with magnificent Love! Just a simple example is mushrooms, which have been used for centuries to improve health and enhance longevity. Or,  the remarkable effect of beans to help control blood sugar levels hours, or even the next day, after consumption! Doesn't negate the cake - just having a bit of fun!

SELF-LOVE

When we reflect on or write down the positives in life and at work, our brain releases serotonin. This enhances our mood, our willpower and motivation. The more we activate these gratitude circuits the stronger these neuronal pathways become and the more likely we are to recognize and appreciate what’s going right instead of always looking at the problem.

MOVEMENT

When we smile, our smiling muscles contract, firing a signal back to the brain. This stimulates/activates our happy hormones, or endorphins. Thanks to the positive feedback loop of smiling, we can alter our brain's emotional processing pathway to feel happier - ALL with a simple smile.
